Stephanie went out of her way to find us a new vehicle. We were desperate to hold on to a Ford Puma but understood that with rising costs we may not have been able to do this. Stephanie sourced us a new car within our price range. The turnaround of the handover was extremely fast - less than a week. The process was made easier by completing documentation electronically meaning we didn't need to make several trips to the showroom. Overall, an excellent service!

I asked for a four hour wait appointment but was told there wasn’t any on the day I needed, the lady who took my booking emailed me back soon after and said the the workshop would be able to do this but obviously if anything needed doing this may not be possible. True to their word car was ready before twelve o’clock.
