From start to finish buying a car from Lookers was a really good experience. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Mike Davies who handled the sale couldn't have been nicer and explained everything to us at every stage of the process, always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had. When we noticed a door seal needed replacing Mike ordered and it was in that day was fitted in an hour. Overall we are delighted to have found the exact car we'd been searching for and can't fault the experience we had at Lookers. Angela and Rob Watson
