Alex and Steph were highly professional, helpful and friendly from start to finish. They were clear and responsive and gave me a first class service.

They assured me l would be provided with automatic courtesy car as required. It transpires Ford Gateshead do not have automatic courtesy cars. Kept waiting at drop off. Kept waiting at collection. One issue unresolved therefore another £18 will have to be paid for a courtesy car when l go back for another attempt to resolve issue. Reception staff were helpful when l turned up for courtesy car as they apparently don't have auto transmission cars for hire even though that is what l had specified on booking. They were able to find a automatic from sales team so thank you them for that.
