I booked online but invite automatically booked me in at Leeds - not Newcastle where I am - but app didn't ask me which ford lookers I'd like to book into. Had to call up to resolve (which it was done efficiently over phone). Friendly service, efficient, price for work completed reasonable. Courtesy car a useful offer.
