I was kept fully updated as to potential delivery dates, and was advised of reasons for delay, which was out of the control of the dealership. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

David was brilliant (a huge improvement from the salesperson I originally had). His communication was great, especially through the frustrating wait whilst my car was stuck in Holland. No question I asked was too silly, and all emails/phone calls were replied to promptly. All other members of staff I spoke to were lovely too. I’m totally in love with my new Puma!
