I am a returning customer, this is the third Ford car I have purchased in a row and second from this branch, great communication, excellent customer service, friendly and easy to deal with. 5 star service from a great branch and great bunch of people, no doubt I’ll be back for my 4th Ford in a row at this branch in the future.

sales team need to use Lookers valuation calculator not the "WE BUY ANY CAR APP ON THEIR MOBILE PHONES" which I have found can be as much as £1,000 under the true valuation.

I was pleased to receive regular e mails from DavidDawson to inform me of estimated dates of arrival and delays. Waited 10 months for my new Puma but realise it couldn’t be helped. It was definitely worth waiting for !
