Steph Curry was fab at the car handover explained everything about the car and the finance as that had changed due to a delay in the delivery of the car.

Cameron Beattie was the person I dealt with and all contact with him was very professional and helpful throughout the process. All communication and paperwork clear and easy to follow.

On this occasion I remained with our long standing franchise. The vehicle was similarly specified and the finance arrangement's almost identical. We will be looking to replace our other vehicle in 18 months and will definitely consider Lookers again.

I have been a long time customer of Ford and was disappointed with the extreme delays with the arrival of my car. It was nearly 1 year since I ordered with an expected delivery date of 1st September that then changed multiple times and eventually was delivered mid February. Even though this delay was annoying and inconvenient one member of the team went above and beyond to help the situation. Bradley Coyne was fantastic from start to finish the constant communication throughout and professional manner has made me look past the long wait. I will be returning to Ford after my three years and look forward to speaking to Bradley again.

Arnold Clark has an app that keeps track of everything to do with you car, mot, service etc. It also has a PCP mileage tracker, this was very useful.

There were quite a few delays to my order due to deliveries from Ford, but David and the team kept my updated regularly and offered my alternative options to ensure I got my new car as quickly as possible. I appreciated the regular communication and friendliness of the whole team at lookers.

We have had a really good experience all the way through from being initially welcomed at the garage and shown the car all the way through to the completion of the purchase and picking up the car.

Trade in price was lower than any other car dealership by £4000 or I would of bought the car .
