Your caller stated my car needed a service. Then when I challenged the service intervals, I was rudely told it was not a service they were trying to sell me, it was an inspection to keep the Ford breakdown up to date so the service did not expire. Even though the email clearly states a service not an inspection.

Message wasnlt passed thorugh for a call back to discuss 2 cars. sales man took scribbled notes - nice guy but that as very unprofessional and was the reason the message didnt get pased on when he was out the offcie when I neededth acall back - we have now bought 2 x Nissan Jukes I did message to say don;lt bother calling and, to be fair, at that piount m n=got a very swift call back and apology which, whilst to late to save any potential deal, was appreciated. We like the Puma and would hav eneeded 2 - maybe Ringways next time

Initially communication was very good. As it became clear that my budget wasn’t moveable communication dropped and despite saying they would get back to me, they didn’t.

I made an enquiry about the price of a car with the possible consideration to buy. The sales staff did not come back to me with a response to questions I asked him about, in fact I phoned him 24 hours later and he still did not have the answers. When I asked if there was any movement in the price he could not answer and went to try and find a manager. I am very surprised and disappointed about the lack of response.

Three people emailed me. I replied to all three and only one person came back to me. I understand you are sales people but you clearly only Carr about making a sale rather than being polite people

I have been a customer of lookers york road for a number of years. I am dismayed to find that it is going to be no longer a ford outlet and Sheffield will be my nearest. Where does that leave people who want a new ford and dont want to travel long distances.

I gave not yet spoken to anyone with regards to my query. I have only received an acknowledgement of my application and terms of business. I have tried to call the garage however no answer which I can assume due to busy period or the garage is closed for the holidays.
