Zohaib was great in getting a strong valuation on my car. I couldn’t agree a deal as you’re selling the cars well overpriced compared to other dealerships across the UK. That is concerning and the reason why I wouldn’t buy the car that I was interested in.

Dear Complaints Department,I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the vehicle I purchased from your dealership and the lack of communication I have received whilst trying to resolve the matter.Since purchasing the vehicle, I have experienced ongoing problems and faults. I have made several attempts to contact the Area Manager at Leeds Ford Lookers to discuss the issue, however each time I have called, I have been informed that he is unavailable or in meetings. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to speak with him directly or receive any meaningful update.Approximately two weeks ago, I was advised to obtain an independent technical report regarding the vehicle faults. I have since obtained this report and forwarded it as requested, however I have still not received any response or acknowledgment.I find this level of communication and customer service extremely disappointing, especially considering the ongoing issues with the vehicle and the inconvenience this has caused.I would now request that this matter is escalated urgently and that I receive a prompt response outlining what action will be taken to resolve the situation. Please confirm receipt of this email and advise how you intend to proceed.Kind regards,Mr Syed Ali Haider

Hi,I have taken a call today from a lady called Paris Sharp re she purchased a New Puma St YH74 PZP from Lookers Leeds which she tells me is no longer in operation. She was concerned as she said her vehicle had had various issues from which consisted of a suspension issue where she says she had had the top mount changed 5 times which did not solve the problem. She said she had been in contact with her local Evans Halshaw but they advised she speak with a Lookers Ford. I believe she may have had it diagnosed at Ford at some point but not here. She felt like she had been passed around a bit and was now stuck with a vehicle that was not functioning correctly.I was going to offer to put her through to our booking department but I asked if she would like me to pass her concerns over to Complaints as you may know best how to resolve her concerns. She was very happy about this and I explained you should be in touch and it may be that her vehicle comes into us at Sheffield. I asked if she was able to bring her vehicle here. She explained she was 45 min away but didn't seem to concerned at the time. I feel she was more concerned about having the issue resolved as she said when it had been looked at several times they were not able to resolve the issue.Paris number is 07939 268 981 (I gave out the fandicomplaints.co.uk) in case she does not hear anything back.Kind regards,Cathy ParkerReceptionistLookers Ford Sheffield10 Savile Street East | Sheffield | S4 7QJT: 0114 276 6000lookers.co.uk/ford

Excellent service was met by the service advisor who who told me everything that my car was having done, then shown to the waiting area free coffee which is a bonus at 8 on a Saturday morning.2hrs later job done the lady went through all the paperwork with me and I was on my way brilliant service 😀 👍

Initially was asked to pay £25 for a curtesy vehicle on a Ford recall notice. The curtesy vehicle was not cleaned prior to it given to me.My vehicle was given a 20 mile test drive despite diesel costing nearly £2 a litre.I was asked if I wanted the coolant level topping up and screenwash topping up at a cost of £27.After repair to my vehicle whoever did the repair left a monzo debit card and receipt and a bonnet prop stick on my front seat and a blue screwdriver in the boot that did not belong to me.A mini step up ladder is missing from the boot.
