I was disappointed with the Part Exchange value. However the service I had from Raheem and Taz was very good especially when you made sure I could exchange vehicles on the day as I live 120 miles away.

Hasleem was very attentive and understanding salesperson. Alas, there was not a suitable vehicle available in stock, as I was quite particular as to what vehicle I were looking for that day and in all honesty I consider that there was too much value within my current car, that would enable Lookers to arrange a good deal for me. That was 3 days ago. I have today done a deal with another company that suits me and met the parameters that I was looking for. It was indeed a more expensive deal than I set out for, and I did have to add more monies, but did get a 3yr warranty thrown in. The only way I think Lookers may have learnt from this grumpy old man, is communication. As I am a believer that communication is a tool that many, many businesses just do not use enough. But it has to be the correct kind of communication in oder to keep the customer happy.
