I have had to wait an extra 3 months but this is due to supply problems form Ford in Europe - I have been kept well informed in the meantime.

Raheem Hussain the sales guy was very helpful explaining everything about the sale and the process along with him manager tars ( hope iv spelt it right). Test drive went well. Deal done without any problems. On collection of my car Raheem was there to meet me and hand over the car in a polite professional manner. Thanks once again for your help. Leo who I dealt with at the dealership is a top bloke and my next car will be bought through him. His genuine and not like your typical car salesman he has your best interest in him mind. I've told him I will see him again in 3 years when it comes time to buy another car. Lookers are lucky to have him he's a true asset to the business.As for the business manager who I never met but tried to screw me over on the deal at the 11th hour after waiting 14 months for my new car, I would suggest you teach him a lesson in ethical behaviour, I was not impressed, Leo sorted it out for me, but if it wasn't for Leo you'd of lost a long term customer.I would suggest a pay rise for Leo and some training for the business manager who tried to change my agreed deal at the 11th hour to screw me over for a few hundred quid, rather than look at the fact I'm a long term customer and ensuring I get a good deal. I'm my eyes it was a snake like move. Surely repeat business is key, and stitching me up like that is not genuine, respectful or ethical behaviour, it the mentality of someone who will do anything to screw you over. However Leo is the only reason why I will deal with lookers ford leeds and while he his there I will buy my cars from him.

The vehicle had some surface scratches on the drivers door.Cannot understand why this wasn’t spotted by someone prior to collection.Collected on a Saturday so I have had to book car in to be rectified.

I would really like to say a big thank you to Leo Fernandes, who is such a gentleman, thank you for everything Leo.When you meet / see Leo he just makes you smile, he is very professional, thorough and explained everything clearly. When we arrived he made us feel very welcome and he had everything organised.We had to wait a long time for delivery of the car but Leo kept us informed every step of the way by sending us a personal video, which is really nice and comforting as you actual see the persons face rather than just talking via email / phone etc.If I was to but another car in the future Leo would be my first point of call without any doubt.Leo you are a top man :)Kind regardsKatie and Elaine
