Joe went above and beyond, even working out of hours to ensure I could collect my car by the agreed date. There was an issue with the window tint which Joe fixed swiftly which was very reassuring, assuring there was no delay in collection and that the product was as promised. Would be an idea though to have a designated collection area? Maybe in the showroom with doors to the outside. It would be great to get a more special feeling when picking up the new car, rather than just driving it away from a random car space outside. It would just add to the experience, especially in this financial climate where a car purchase is a big expense.

I’d have preferred paper copies to read and sign in advance rather than emailed ones on the day.

It was excellent from beginning to end. Your staff were were prepared to go the extra mile and could not do enough to help without being pushy
