The car was ordered in July 2022, and was delivered in March 2023, The sales person, Beth was excellent in negotiating a deal and sent video updates. Due to the time scale the financial details were disremembered and had to be re-communicated several times. The dealership did however let us down by not returning our calls, this was when I wanted to speak to Beth and the messages were not passed on. The handover of the car was excellent and Beth was very informative and attentive. I would definitely go back to Beth and certainly recommend her to others looking to purchase a Ford.The reason why the first question has recived 4 stars is, Beth as a sales person is excellent, the dealership showroom is stark and lacks personality.

Joe spence took over my order and he was professional, friendly and dealt with the issues I had with the delivery dates with the car I had ordered and resolved these issues very quickly and I left one very happy customer when I collected my new car. He is a credit to the Leeds branch and I would definitely put his name forward to any one I know that is looking for a new vehicle.

Very good service, very fast handover of the Motability car all conducted very smoothly. Just a long wait for the car to arrive from Ford on order for 13 months.

I think when buying a car it would be nice to receive a full tank of petrol. I drove from Essex and had to visit a petrol station before returning home.

Organised, no issues.
