Eros was very helpful and acted professionally throughout the process, he made us both feel very welcome, he informed us of every process and then showed us how to use some of the settings in our new Car 👍

Hi … My name is Lynn from Liverpool .. was interested in a car in this branch .. Raheem was my first contact .. showed me a full detailed video of the car I was interested in .. every speck of the car inside and out was detailed perfectly .. unfortunately was pipped at the post by another client.. Taz the manger quickly phoned up .. had found a like for like car ( exactly the same a little cheaper ) win win for me after several conversations later .. always keeping me informed .. had the car transferred from down south to his brach in Leeds .. he wanted to make sure it was in perfect condition before he arranged the car driven to me at home !! Was very reluctant to buy a car without physically seeing it .. but these guys Raheem and Taz together made me feel super comfortable.. the car was delivered Friday .. it’s practically bran new …. they have both since called me to ask if any problems . Also if I wanted any advice on the workings of the car they would get help I needed .. Taz offered a deal I couldn’t refuse .. feel really well looked after and also like feeling I’ve got a bargain … Although disappointed I was piped at the post .. I feel the 2nd deal was best for me exactly same car .. he found but but cheaper … he just made the effort to keep me informed of other cars like for like … I love my new car thanks guys I would deffo recommend Leeds branch Thanks Taz and Raheem fabulous joint effort and a very happy customer.

Whilst I do not criticise the dealership my order took from April 2022 until January 2023 to arrive. The communication between myself and the dealership was sparse during most of that time . I realise the dealership couldn’t tell me much but keeping me informed at least monthly would have been good. This only happened when I contacted the Manager , who did keep me updated the best he could. It would seem to me their information from FORD was poor -not a good way to treat them or the customer. This certainly spoilt a lot of the enjoyment and , although the dealership apologised profusely FORD never replied to my email to customer services complaining about the poor service.

Everything was good. The delay was not the fault of the garage

I asked for details on the V5 for the car before purchasing for an HPi search. These were never given, despite asking twice. While all the documents have now been received, I did have to wait a couple of days before receiving them by email. I would have appreciated more openness with processing the change of ownership online in your office. Otherwise the service was excellent and the car is too.

I dealt exclusively with Mr Patryk Pasternak who was knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly professional throughout. He ensured the vehicle was ready to go at the last minute with no fuss working beyond the closing time of the branch. A massive thank you to him.

Joe was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I was always kept informed about what was happening and what I needed to do next I.e sign documents. He’s a top guy and generally made the process very easy. I’m chuffed with the car and delighted with the service from Joe.

Matthew was brilliant and he explained everything in detail. Nothing was too much trouble and although we didn't buy the original car we wanted - Due to it being too much to change he took the time to find another suitable car. The after sales service has also been excellent. I have bought many cars in the past and this has been the best experience I've had. Thank you
