Car arrived earlier than expected and the car itself surpasses our expectations. The Ford online systems used for the purchasing and financing processes could benefit from modernisation to make the experience for customers and staff simpler and more efficient.

Very impressed by Patryk the salesman who was very relaxed and helpful. No pressure or waffle just making sure I understood everything and was satisfied with all aspects of the deal. Little touch like getting rid of cigarette odour shows he is the sort of employee to keep and promote. Would certainly recommend buying a car here after the service I got from Patryk. Many thanks.
