The general service and updates have been excellent since the confirmation in April. One feedback point is the delivery timing as the car was expected to arrive in September but arrived last week (w/c 07/11) which lead to the services / cover for my previous car to be extended.

Beth as taken all the stress out of buying a new car by always keeping us updated throughout and always answering any questions. With Beth we always felt we were treat fairly and honestly. Great experience overall. Raheem was courteous, professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the sale. He kept me informed every step of the way and I couldn't have expected more. He covered every aspect of the sale and made sure everything was in place so I could drive away.The car is great too BTW!

We had excellent service from Jordan. The delivery time was incredibly long - fortunately, we were not in a hurry. The car cleaning could have been better. The lack of an owner's manual, to look at whilst sitting in the car, makes getting used to a new vehicle difficult.
