as discussed on site VERY disappointed with Lookers car valuation - which showed £15+k for 'my car' in excellent (confirmed so) condition - but onsite only £13+k offered. I had a previous contract at 14.5, but still 13,000 less than Lookers valuation .... very misleading information not at all completely covered by terms and conditions (inspection etc). This difference needs sorting!

Great communication from Leo Fernandes all the way through the long wait for the car. Leo also did a great job explaining all the paperwork and demonstrated all the features and benefits of the new Kuga when I picked it up yesterday. Your service also did a great job looking after my previous car. Josh Clayton is always extremely helpful and very customer oriented. So a big thank you to all the staff at Lookers Ford Leeds.
