I have no significant complaints about the overall experience I had on Tuesday 20th am. Following a service done on 29.6.23, I had to raise a complaint about the work done then. On 28.9.23 I was provided with remedial action by the garage for their shortcomings - free of charge. In view of that experience, I am unwilling to rate my overall experience as Excellent.
