Jordan Holdsworth was very helpful but unfortunately was unable to source a Ford Fiesta with the spec I was looking for. I would have been paying a lot more for a car with a lower spec than the one I have now.

Both Jack & Alexa at York road Leeds we’re extremely polite & helpful. Alexa was still training but handled queries & calls professionally & satifactorily. Very pleased with the service we received. So different from last time.

Beth Jackson has been excellent throughout my dealings with her. I contacted various Mustang dealerships around the north of England and in Scotland as there is no dealership in Newcastle and she was by far the most professional, keeping in regular contact as I made a decision whilst not being too pushy and sales driven. Whilst I can’t speak for the dealership as a whole as I only dealt with Beth, I would certainly recommend her to friends. I will certainly use Beth again when I purchase another Mustang as she has been excellent.

Joe Spence was excellent throughout the entire process. Very open and communication was amazing. Any issues were sorted quickly and I only have positive things to say. Will definitely try use Joe again and recommend to others.

I met three members of the team and they were all very impressive. Lucas was excellent throughout from the first call to confirm my reservation to the final hand over. He was very enthusiastic and helpful, he new his way through the ‘thousand’ documents I had to sign and organised the transfer of both vehicles plus my Tax and Insurance. Lucas’s attitude is spot on. Taz was very professional, fair and helpful, and knows how a sale should be conducted. The third person, and I apologise for forgotting his name, did an excellent job on the product presentation. The whole experience was very pleasant and conducted with professionalism, respect, friendliness and humour. Well done guys.
