I brought the car remotely, and only came in to swap the car over, Joe Spence who worked thru all the options via phone was excellent and even came in on his day off, so the deal was completed by him, so I had the personal treatment from start to finish. The experience was made easy by the excellent service I received from Joe.

Rahim was probably the best down to earth sales executive I've dealt with in all the years shopping at lookers Ford in York road Leeds. Honest professional what an asset to the company. Thank you not forgetting his manager and the rest of the team who looked after me and my wife through the whole process of buying the vehicle of our choice.Any one that is thinking to buy a car just have a look around the showroom speak with Rahim or the team you won't be pressurised as some companies really annoyed me in the past which really promped me to walk away.
