I initially agreed to buy this car in Oct 21, there have been several delays. Although I appreciate that these were out of the control of the dealer, I do feel that monthly email updates would have been helpful Also it was frustrating to receive several email adverts to ‘buy’ a new car.

Your salesman Joseph Spencer is a very endearing young man & a credit to the company. He updated me regularly on the status of my car. He bought me flowers, chocolates & a card when he realised that I'd been ill. We are exchanging recipes! I think if him more as a new friend rather than someone who sold me a car. An excellent young man !!!!

The sales executive Joseph Spence was brilliant in showing me the car. Test drive, advising what options are available. The finance package available , the service package. Couldn’t ask for more assistance in making my choices. I would say the best car buying experience that I have ever done.
