Received an invitation for your loyalty exchange event, had a look at the cars that where on offer picked out a Mondeo Estate Hybrid, Called to the Dealership (York Road Leeds) spoke Patryk Pasternak Sale Executive about the Mondeo, A deal was offered, I arrange to return with my wife to try out a Mondeo. When we called back to the Dealership to try out the car it was found to be unsuitable (to get in and out of),I said that we would go back and look at the web site. Patryk suggested we look at the Kuga we look at the onsite which was found to be suitable for our needs. We returned to the office and Patryk. Patryk search the system and found the right car for use and a deal was offered which was accepted Patryk Pasternak was very helpful in every way.
