The member of the team, Matthew, was extremely informative and knowledgeable of the car we were wanting to buy. He was a salesman without being a typical salesman. Meaning he gave us space to look over the car, wasn't pushy, and most important of all, he offered copious amounts of tea. I would recommend Lookers to all my family and friends especially if all the rest of the team are as good as Matthew. Thank you.

I would have liked a service plan, but I think I live too far away. By the time we got round to the 'additions ie added expense due to insurances, it became a situation of too much information, but I don't know how this can be remedied. Perhaps a coffee break !!

Just a comment I'd like to add - I wasn't asked how I was funding the car, which was cash. I was taken through the finance details and also given them on the order documentation even after saying it was cash. This really isn't necessary., Could have saved time and paperwork.

I communicated with Patryk at Leeds. He was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable. He was approachable and nothing seemed like it was a problem for him. He was quick to get back to me if he was unavailable. All in all a very very good service.
