After recent bad experience at Ringways we were apprehensive about approaching another sales team but we were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and efficiently Lookers Ford dealt with our purchase of a new Ford Focus. I was drawn in to your sales 'trap' after simply exploring how much my car was worth (not a lot!) My initial thoughts were to look at the new fiesta soft electric with a view to second hand when finances allowed. I quickly realised I could not afford to get involved and subsequently cancelled any further communication using email to explain why. I am 5 years into a ten year service & MOT plan and content now to 'sit it out', whilst world events threaten my status quo!
