We'd had a particularly bad experience at another dealership before we approached lookers so we were so glad to have had such great service from Raheem and the team at York road. I find a slight dropping of standards. For example : Previously supplied substantial handbook & wallet no longer available. Information folder for all essential paperwork no longer provided ; also key ring fobs . The temptation to save money has an influence on company image and should not be sacrificed !
