From ordering to collecting our Motobility car has been hassle free. Jordan who dealt with this process kept us informed at all times. However, the Ford Edge which we purchased in December 2020, (from used car sales) was sold to us with a service history. After numerous phone calls and emails we were still without the service history when we came to sell this vehicle through ‘Motorway’ and Bristol street motors, Gloucester bought the car without the service history. The point of these comments, is that we were not given the customer service that would be expected from a large dealership. Also, the team involved with allegedly retrieving the service history, were inept and lacked integrity. Maybe more thorough training in customer service is required.

Lookers were very good at keeping me in the loop. However Ford were extremely poor at communication with dealership throughout causing a stressful experience. They even fitted wrong seats!
