Matt was very approachable and clearly explained all our finance options available to us, having always just bought a car outright or on HP. Although we had to wait for our new car we were kept well informed about what was happening. I was always informed about emails being sent and knew what I had to do with them over a prior phone call. I felt my emails with any questions I had were answered promptly and even after we had driven the new car away I do feel Matt is at the end of a phone or an email if we have any queries. Whilst Matt was away Taz again did exactly what he said he would do and contacted me on the dates stated. Buying a car is not always a pleasurable experience but I feel we were treated very fairly on this occasion. Thank you Matt!
