The only criticism I have is with regard to the poor valeting. I have bought three previous used vehicles from yourselves and all were valeted to a good standard. Unfortunately on this occasion I found that the cleanliness inside and out was somewhat lacking and fell short of what I have come to expect from Lookers.

Brilliant customer service from Eros Picano. He did not push myself to make a purchase. Just worked with me when needed.

Joe Spence is a fantastic asset to Lookers and he made the process so simple and easy. No question was too much and he always answered his phone or email whenever I had a query. I was made to feel that from minute one of walking into Lookers Leeds that my custom was very valued and that they wanted to get me the deal I asked for. Fantastic service and I wouldn’t change a thing. From my initial first visit to them in February to picking the car up in late May, the experience was seamless and Joe really managed my order flawlessly.

Jordan was very helpful from start to finish and was a man of his word and allowed us to have first refusal on a car we were travelling some distance to come and view. Quick turn around and smooth transition on pick up day.

In all my life I never had such a brilliant experience in buying a used car. From the initial enquiry to eventual purchase. I have to single out Patryk Pasternak of the used car department as being exemplary, very professional, highly skilled and very knowledgeable of all aspects of the vehicle and purchase systems, if he is not a manager soon it would be a great loss to Lookers. He even laughed at my humour. He was ably supported by Sauk and Taz the involved managers in finalising the deal, a very good experience all round. I would deal with Lookers Leeds again if I needed to.

Paid £50 delivery, would have expected it to be delivered on a back of a truck and not driven.
