The customer experience with these was exceptional and they did everything i asked them to do with the car to get it how I wanted it. We needed to make a 250 mile round trip to view the vehicle which meant that it was extremely important that we were given accurate information about it's condition. Matt sent us a thorough personalised video showing all around the car inside and out, followed by a phone call ensuring that we were in no doubt of the condition and workings of the vehicle and the procedure if we decided to purchase. When we arrived, the car was exactly as described and so we were happy to go ahead with buying the car. We would definately recommend Lookers at Leeds to our friends. One thing that could improve an already efficient and professional purchasing process would be if a printer was positioned in the same room negating the need for the salesman to frequently leave the room.
