Friendly sales team kept me well informed throughout the buying process

I found the friendly approach to sales by Beth excellent. I don't like aggressive sales tactics and have left dealerships for that reason previously. Her approach was ideal for me, happy to answer all my questions but not scared to check anything she was unsure of. Thank you.

I was expecting my vehicle in September but it arrived 4 months early. The team helped me enormously to enable me to collect it asap as they were struggling to have somewhere to keep the vehicle

The sales person Patryk was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.

This is the 2nd Puma I have purchased from you and both times the experience has been brilliant. All the team members in the showroom have been really helpful. Joe Spence was the sales rep I dealt with this time and he was an absolute star, from the initial phone call, sorting out the order, through to picking up the car. Even though he is relatively new to the role he was really helpful and informative every step of the way, I felt like he went out of his way to make sure the experience was a smooth as possible.

Patryk was excellent from start to completion just gave me the facts and didn't dress them up with jargon ,which is exactly what i like in a salesman, 1st class service 1st class guy.

Excellent service and professionalism

Kelsey was very helpful and sent an impressive video on the car I was interested in. She was more than helpful and is a credit to your team. Unfortunately I was unable to complete a deal on this particular car. But there is always the next time !!
