From order to delivery has been a very strange and long drawn out experience this time round I know its not the dealerships fault there could have a little bit more communication but overall pleased with the service

The salesman Jordan Holdsworth was on the ball start to finish, honest & down to earth, made us feel comfortable & happy with our purchase. Did everything he promised and on time. A delight to deal with and I would personally ask for him again in future. A very friendly atmosphere throughout the showroom with polite staff.

When I initially arrived for my booked test drive I wasn’t sure which portacabin to approach and no one was around. I eventually entered the right one and there was music playing and I could here people upstairs but no one knew I was there and I wasn’t sure how to get anyones attention. Someone eventually spotted me. It would have been good to ring a bell to say I had arrived. After the initial stumbling block, the process of taking the car for a drive and then settling the deal was a breeze, and the young man dealing with me was very friendly and knowledgeable. All essential emails were sent through for me to sign, and on collection day they had put some fuel in the car for me and it looked amazing with the valet and treatment I had chosen to have done and pay for. Also the manager came and spoke to me on both visits, he was very friendly also and interested if there was anything more that I needed. One happy customer drive off with her dream car!! Would definitely recommend Lookers in Leeds!!

Too pushy on selling too many products. Found a flaw in the body work but not noticed when test driving and end result was my cost after sale. Kelsey sales lady was very helpfull
