We were very impressed with Patryk Pasternak whom we found to be very approachable and explained the features of our new car excellently giving his time and patience. Great professional video of the car. It was nice that the sales manager took the time to meet us and thank us for our business.

A fantastic customer experience, we were not local to Leeds so conducted most of the process via phone and email, we dealt with Beth Jackson sales executive who was totally amazing and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. A great experience, thankyou Beth 😊

Prior to the service my oil light was on, after picking up my vehicle this was still coming on, I called the garage to inform them of this and was asked to bring the vehicle back so this could be resolved, a little inconvenient as I was already home, I googled how to reset this and did it myself but I think this should have been checked before I collected the car!

I was very happy with the 2nd lady that telephoned me to confirm my next day booking. When I first telephoned to book my car in for the service I was told that I had to come in with the car as you were no longer collecting (sending a driver to pick up) my car. The 2nd lady that telephoned me said she would try to sort this out as I am a mobility customer. She telephoned me 10 minutes later to say she had sorted this out and that they would be picking my car up between 9 and 10am. Very pleased with this
