In all my life I never had such a brilliant experience in buying a used car. From the initial enquiry to eventual purchase. I have to single out Patryk Pasternak of the used car department as being exemplary, very professional, highly skilled and very knowledgeable of all aspects of the vehicle and purchase systems, if he is not a manager soon it would be a great loss to Lookers. He even laughed at my humour. He was ably supported by Sauk and Taz the involved managers in finalising the deal, a very good experience all round. I would deal with Lookers Leeds again if I needed to.

Paid £50 delivery, would have expected it to be delivered on a back of a truck and not driven.

Eros Picano and Toseef Sattar went out of their way to find me a car I wanted at a good price. The customer experience with these was exceptional and they did everything i asked them to do with the car to get it how I wanted it. We are now looking to purchase a car for my wife through these guys. Customer service/care was 2nd to none..!!!
