I took out a 3 year PCH deal on a new Ford Puma and dealt with Jordan Holdsworth. Jordan helped initially secure the best deal for myself and came back quickly with any queries that I had. The whole process throughout was smooth including collecting the vehicle on the day. I would happily recommend both Lookers Leeds and Jordan.

The simple fact that all courtesy cars were out did not deter your staff. After explaining that I worked for the NHS and worked in the community and needed a car to do my job, I got a surprise phone call to say they had found a car, which was newer and a higher spec than my own, I was delighted and grateful that I was still able to look after my patients

So far Paul has been extremely helpful, he has called me back every time to answer my questions, he has arranged an appointment for Wednesday 30/03/2022 to discuss my options for a Motability vehicle, some of the questions had to be answered No because I have not visited the show room yet, but if they are as helpful as Paul, who responded to my online enquiry forms then I am sure it will be a productive appointment.
