The staff were really helpful and arranging the test drive was quick and easy. Letting me have the car for an hour gave me the opportunity to test it on different roads. Unfortunately the car wasn't for me but the ability to test drive was exceptionally valuable and helped me narrow down my decision

Thanks to Ella for expediting our service and her communication. My only negative was not price matching the motorcraft prices. We had new brake pads and discs fitted, if done as part of the service and mot it was priced at £209. Taking it away and rebooking through motorcraft four weeks later it was priced at £175. Makes sense we would do that just inconvenient to do it this way.

The sales man patrick very good but the car was over priced by 7000 pounds plus the manager know how much i was offered from other ford dealerships so he reduced it by £500 which i thought was a bit naughty basically he wanted every single penny he could squeeze from the deal well i suppose thats business
