Hi, Lookers staff were excellent in every way. I have difficulty with my communication and they were patient, friendly and understanding. Despite the C restrictions I was offered refreshments (tea or coffee). I had to go back three times as the workshop were unable to solve the problem the first time. I have mixed feelings about the car: It is the most expensive and highest spec car I've bought and I love it but it has had more problems than any car I've ever had. Lookers, Leeds, seem to have sorted it out now. When I bought the car I was sold an extended warranty but when the problem cropped up I was told that the repair wasn't covered. Lookers did it as an exception on warranty for which I am very grateful. The staff at Leeds;(Ella, Sean; Josh Paul; and Angela were excellent. But Roxy was exceptional. She kept me informed throughout the time my car in the dealership. I only have the highest praise for them. M. Fourie.

Great service from Jake K and Jack the sales team. Everything happened just as they said, car arrived in lovely condition and I hope this is my first of many cars from them.

I've emailed several times in the last few weeks in the run up to collecting my new car and not received an answer. Other than that service has been good.
