I was very happy with the 2nd lady that telephoned me to confirm my next day booking. When I first telephoned to book my car in for the service I was told that I had to come in with the car as you were no longer collecting (sending a driver to pick up) my car. The 2nd lady that telephoned me said she would try to sort this out as I am a mobility customer. She telephoned me 10 minutes later to say she had sorted this out and that they would be picking my car up between 9 and 10am. Very pleased with this

Prevention of a new car to customer could have been better ie not just in between two cars as the mechanic who brought it up put it Leo made it a bit better by saying welcome to your new car . I have seen others where it stands out it’s a new car
