Very pleasant experience. Eros was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and not pushy. Constant contact and quick delivery. Delighted with the car and worth travelling 50 miles to have a test drive and purchase it . Thankyou to Eros and Lookers Ford Leeds.

I particularly liked the personal video of the car I was interested in, emailed to me. In all communication, I found Eros very helpful, and also Shak. Everything was explained very well to me. My only criticism would be feeling a bit bombarded by emails asking me to sign documents. Some of these came before I had actually seen the car! However, it was good to be able to read through all the agreement at leisure rather than rushing through a paper copy. All the features of the car were very well explained by Eros before I took the car away.

Overall good, but you used to pick my car up and return it without my visiting the dealership, which was good. I also paid for work over the phone by card, which was also good. I understand why you do not do this now due to covid, but hope it will not be permanent and as things improve, you will go back to offering this service.

The Sales Executive was very polite and helpful. He was good at explaining processes and answering questions. I will ask for him again next time when looking to purchase a new vehicle and would recommend him to friends or relatives. I did not enjoy trying to set up the Driveaway Insurance online from home. Too many vehicle options to choose from and the person on their helpline could not narrow them down sufficiently either! The Sales Executive kindly agreed to carry out the setting up for me in the dealership on his laptop when I picked up my new car. This all went smoothly and he was very reassuring, but I wish I'd been offered this service initially or the online process was simpler. I was worried overnight that the change-over would not go ahead. Everything else went smoothly and I felt well-supported and well-advised.

Can’t fault the service at all. Eros was especially helpful. I arrived without an appointment just to look at a particular car, but was still able to test drive it and ended up reserving it the same day. Eros was knowledgable on the car and presented finance and additional options clearly. Kept me updated throughout the process, responded to calls and emails quickly, and was flexible with the short notice collection. Wouldn’t hesitate to return for my next car.

I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago and from the sales persons to the customer service representative and the service centre staff, all have been friendly and informative and been able to answer any questions that may have had. Well done and exceeded my expectations.
