I bought my vehicle by telephone,the whole experience was totally professional&very friendly,i felt totally at ease.The guy who delivered&collected the p/x was excellent&showed me what i needed to know regarding my vehicle.I am in North Lincs,but this would certainly not deter me from either reccomending this garage or using again myself in the future.

I was told my vehicle would receive the usual wash & vac' after the service. I did not receive this !!

We were very well looked after by Leo Fernandes who was fantastic throughout. Leo was very knowledgable, helpful and professional and we felt like we were in good hands with him. His communication was excellent so we always were aware of updates and next steps. He was very approachable and made the process as enjoyable and stress-free as could be. We are very grateful for his help and will happily recommend him to family and friends. Thank you.

Very impressed with Josh, my agent for the day, right from first contact to driving away when all complete. Friendly and attentive.

I arrived with no appointment and was met by Matthew Hawley who straight away arranged to move the car I was interested in to a better viewing place, he professionally answered all of my questions and knowing I was short of time quickly discussed the vehicle. He then arranged a video around the whole car and sent this to me so my wife could also view the vehicle The following day he made a follow up call and discussed my options for purchase and we came to an agreement I was very impressed that there was no pressure put on me and I was given plenty of time to arrange how I would pay for the vehicle When I arranged pick up everything was sorted out professionally, the vehicle was immaculately presented and Matthew went through all the various controls to enhance my use of the vehicle I have since had a follow up call from Matthew to check that everything is ok Thank you Matthew for your very professional treatment of me as a customer, at no time did I feel pressured and nothing I asked was too much for you to sort
