Yes. The reception staff were excellent. Ella, Josh 'n Sean. But i'm very disappointed with the trouble I've had with the car. It was the most expensive car I've ever had; it was my retirement present to myself. First of all I bought the car from Guiseley; It closed down and I was redirected to Harrogate. Lookers also closed that dealership and now have to go to Leeds; about an hours travelling. Last time I had a service I had to take car back because of a fault they had missed. Now the car has only done 22k and I have trouble. The extended warranty doesn't seem as good as I was lead to understand. Following the recent service I have to take the car back again for what seems to be "major" job. I was quoted a huge amount and at first I was told it wasn't covered by the warranty and when I asked if I could it done anywhere Sean phoned someone told he had it "covered". Once again I am thrilled with car but very disappointed with the trouble I've had despite the best efforts of the staff at the dealership

From start to finish I was totally satisfied with the way I was dealt with. I would just like to thank Josh Clayton in particular for keeping me informed of progress,he is a credit to your company. I thought the addition of the Ford Assist benefit was a pleasant surprise.

I was not offered a service plan for the simple reason I live 80 miles away from the Leeds dealership. I will have my car serviced at my local Ford dealer in Kendal

I wasn’t offered a service plan due to where I live in relation to where I purchased the vehicle in Leeds. I will sort a service plan with my local Ford dealership in Kings Lynn instead.

The staff were very helpful and considerate. A welcome return would be the collect and deliver service which I have always used prior to Covid. The return appearance of the car after the wash and vac out was also excellent.
