Disappointed to be advised that a collection/Delivery service was no longer available for customers despite a subsequent text from Lookers at Chelmsford specifcally making reference to the facility? Due to my mobility problems I therefore had to arrange for delivery by my son to great inconvenience. On closure of your premises at Guisley I transferred to Your Leeds facility mainly because of your then delivery facility. Therefore slightly disappointed with the subsequent misinformation? However I must admit that the whole experience and quality of service and work was excellent by Lookers.

This is the third service with Lookers and after the last two the car broke down shortly afterwards costing me an extra £1500. Fingers crossed this time. If it keeps going my experience was great, the staff were friendly, polite and knowledgable and kept me informed.
