I arrived with no appointment and was met by Matthew Hawley who straight away arranged to move the car I was interested in to a better viewing place, he professionally answered all of my questions and knowing I was short of time quickly discussed the vehicle.He then arranged a video around the whole car and sent this to me so my wife could also view the vehicleThe following day he made a follow up call and discussed my options for purchase and we came to an agreementI was very impressed that there was no pressure put on me and I was given plenty of time to arrange how I would pay for the vehicleWhen I arranged pick up everything was sorted out professionally, the vehicle was immaculately presented and Matthew went through all the various controls to enhance my use of the vehicleI have since had a follow up call from Matthew to check that everything is okThank you Matthew for your very professional treatment of me as a customer, at no time did I feel pressured and nothing I asked was too much for you to sort
