The staff were polite, friendly and happy to explain what needed to be done, as my car needed new parts and had to wait for motobilty to authorise to work. We waited and were made welcome. Thank you for the motability and service departments welcoming approach threw out.

Yes. The reception staff were excellent. Ella, Josh 'n Sean.But i'm very disappointed with the trouble I've had with the car. It was the most expensive car I've ever had; it was my retirement present to myself.First of all I bought the car from Guiseley; It closed down and I was redirected to Harrogate. Lookers also closed that dealership and now have to go to Leeds; about an hours travelling.Last time I had a service I had to take car back because of a fault they had missed. Now the car has only done 22k and I have trouble. The extended warranty doesn't seem as good as I was lead to understand. Following the recent service I have to take the car back again for what seems to be "major" job. I was quoted a huge amount and at first I was told it wasn't covered by the warranty and when I asked if I could it done anywhere Sean phoned someone told he had it "covered".Once again I am thrilled with car but very disappointed with the trouble I've had despite the best efforts of the staff at the dealership
