The whole buying process, from initial enquiry to hand over of new vehicle was expertly handled, esp by Leo Fernandes who was my main contact throughout. He was professional, empathic and acted in a totally professional manner through the whole process. his service level was exemplary. The only reason he didn't offer me a service plan was that i already held was which had not expired so i was able to update and transfer through the service department where Ella was also first class
