Staff were very helpful, my car was dealt with quickly, it was cleaned inside and out before I left. I was escorted to my car by the member of staff who checked everything was satisfactory before I left. I was offered a hot drink at least twice while I waited, she was extremely courteous and polite.

I think the polythene seat cover left by service staff is a waste, there must be a more environmentally friendly way of protecting customer seats.

When Jordan took over the motability car order it has been very swift

I was dealt with a great deal of courtesy and efficiency whilst waiting for my car to be serviced and passing the MOT. Very rarely have I received such an efficient service. I have indicated I was offered a service plan - not sure if this answers the question as I have been operating a service plan for the past two years. Overall very pleased.

Was kept informed regularly on the service being carried out. Excellent service from start to finish, they even valeted the car before I picked it up. Was highly satisfied with the service.
