When I booked the service and MOT I was informed that the pick up and return system was not operating so I booked a fixed slot and stayed until the work was finished. I then discovered that the pick up service is operating and this was one of the many reasons I chose to deal with Lookers when I bought the car. This mis-communication needs clarifying. We had excellent attention from Paul.
