Having dealt with Matthew at the Leeds branch very recently, I can only praise him in his approach and attitude towards me not only as a customer, but also as a human being. He listened to exactly what was required, and why, and has successfully helped me to purchase the correct vehicle to suit my needs. He understands I don't want a whole load of sales patter... and all the endless options....and respects that That's why I'll be back to purchase my next vehicle with him....and by then this whole dreadful episode will be a distant, but nonetheless painful, memory. Please ensure you pass this on to his managers etc...credit where it's due, and other salesmen should follow his example!
