On the whole a very positive experience. However, on the way home the Tyre pressure indicator said there was a problem. When I checked tyre pressures all the whells had been over-inflated. Not sure if this happened at Dealership or not,.. Since correcting tyre pressures there has been no further problem.

Great turnaround on getting the car recall sorted, waived the courtesy car fee and even cleaned my car!

Unfortunately due to the Looker dealership in Harrogate now being closed. I had to travel to Leeds for the nearest Lookers dealership. This is not ideal as unable to get our Ford car collected from home and then returned to my home address.
