The staff were friendly and helpful and explained things very well to someone who is not great with technical stuff. I didn't have to wait too long and was offered refreshments. I would say as a disabled Motability customer coming from the other side of Leeds I was a bit disappointed that you were not collecting and bringing vehicles back from people's homes. I live in Guiseley and since your branch there has closed it is quite far to come and I wasn't keen to wait in these covid times, although I felt quite safe once I was there. I would like this option to be available again if possible.
