Patryk was knowledgable/personable and made the whole process easy. This is the 5th or 6th time I've bought a car from a Ford dealership and he was the best I've dealt with.

Our Salesman was a very lovely young man called Toseef, from the moment we walked in , we were greeted with smile and warm welcome, We didn't feel pressured in any way and had time to look around at leisure, All our questions were answered, He explained everything in detail and was very professional in his conduct, He didn't baffle us with too much science and figures and kept everything on a level we understood, He was polite and courteous and defiantly made the sales experience a good one. I would highly recommend Lookers as they certainly go that extra mile, Thank You Toseef

There were examples of excellent customer service whilst my car was with you, there are some instances of quite poor customer service too. To start with the positives: Roxy: great communication, moved heaven and earth for the customer. Stacy: as usual, got the slightest sniff of less than expected service and swept in and took over. She even asked outside about the experience so assume this was already being fed back to the Collegue’s in question. Moving onto the negatives: My slot had been moved without any notice to me, so when I came in on 25th was told I wasn’t booked in until the 5th, but I had had no notice about this. Roxy accepted the car and got it worked on ASAP which was fantastic of her. When I went to collect the car, the two Collegue’s on the service desk took more interest in their screens than interacting with the customer. The girl said without moving her eyes from her screen that she would be with me in a moment, which is when Stacy swept in. I’ve been using this garage for a long time, for both service work and over 10 cars as a family in the past decade. So it was a little jarring to receive some less than expected service, which is why I felt the need to write in such detail. As I know this will be used for coaching of the Collegue’s.

A long wait (two weeks) for a timed service slot. My home in Otley is distant from Lookers Leeds. I bought the car at Lookers Guiseley for easy access for maintenance, repairs, etc. This branch (and Harrogate) have since closed. No courtesy car available Delivery (post service) to wrong address (local car park, not home) I am concerned that a vehicle (bought new from Lookers [Guiseley] in 2019) should already have required two major works on the gear box [Lookers, Harrogate; Lookers, Leeds - check your records]. The vehicle has only been in the care of Ford manufacturer and Lookers.
