Very good job the only reason I didn’t put 5s was because I always believe there’s room for improvement. I wish I could afford to service my car with you but it’s a bit too pricey.

Was very impressed with the Customer Service at the York Rd Leeds branch. My granddaughter was having heart surgery at LGI whilst the car was being dealt with and I mentioned this during the day to a gentleman called Josh. This was because we weren’t sure when we could pick the car up again as we were waiting for a call from the hospital. Josh was very caring and polite- especially when we finally picked the car up again and in this day and age was lovely to hear. Thankfully my Granddaughter is doing well and hopefully will be hom soon.

Although we were not satisfied with the cars on off for the mobility scheme we had excellent appropriate advice from the sales man we saw.

Vasile went over and above for us, the car we wanted had just been sold. So he checked that other vehicles were available elsewhere and got us one from Middlesbrough which fitted all our requirements. He was very friendly and kept us informed at all stages and sent us a video of vehicle once it had arrived in Leeds.
