Didn’t seem able to find records of my previous work. This was to fix a problem that was fixed during the last service, so had to prove the work through my own records. Also car wasn’t ready when said.

In the end the service was excellent. BUT WHEN I tried booking my car in for pick up and drop off as my car is motobility and I told the female receptionist I was suffering a sprained ankle she refused me the service. But luckily the second caller arranged pick up and drop off so all ended well car was serviced well and clean and tidy on return

Would have preferred to have been able to collect car at a weekend, but apparently not possible. Inconvenient to have to take time off work. Otherwise excellent experience.
