Josh was very kind and helpful. I would like my concerns about the generic issues with my Ford Fiesta smart battery to be passed on to Ford. As a female driver I have always been pleased (40 years +) with the reliability of Ford cars. Now I am told that because I am retired and don't drive as much as previously it is likely that my car may not start if not driven for a week or so. A major concern if driving at night. When globally carbon emissions are a concern Ford should design a battery that can be reliable. Also the 'stop start' function fails to work. Another feature that should be helping the environment. If these issues are not resolved I would be very reluctant to purchase another Ford car next year.
